@Mr_davisj Maybe we’re forgetting to consider that he’s trying to grow his brand and is posting stuff like this for clicks and views (which it’s working)
@OswaldPer4mance@BabyGronk5 It’s eyewash. Not even what we call “entertrainment” (trying new exercises for the sake of variety). It’s pathetic how poor this coaching is, but sadly it’s everywhere nowadays. Probably always has been this way, we just see it everyday on social media now.
@Mr_davisj What sucks is the kid thinks he’s strong enough to be doing stuff like this or he’s been lead to believe he is. Stuff that he can’t do and you could argue he doesn’t ever need to do an exercise like this.
@TomBroback@mboyle1959 I agree. It’s usually just a little or even just moving your joints through a fuller ROM on a regular basis. Some people never do that and wonder why they hurt.
@NobletStrength@mboyle1959@WSWayland For sure, I think that at the end of the day it’s all just resistance training and there are many ways to achieve your goals. Most people don’t even exercise regularly so to argue about squats vs no squats is redundant.
My 2 mile assault bike ride today was 4:41.
I could probably get under 4:30 as this was done at the end of a CFSC workout so a little tired.
@mboyle1959 isn’t there somewhere you wanted to collect data?
