Newlogic was honoured to participate in the third edition of the #DigitalEconomyForum, organised in Bangkok by @USAID, @DAIGlobal, #DCCP, and @MangoTangoAsia, and to have the opportunity to discuss Digital Public Infrastructure (#DPI) and its essential role in the transformation of the #ASEAN region's approach to e-governance and the digital economy 💻 🌐.

Thanks to the participating experts and different chambers of commerce, we were able to exchange on the progress and challenges of the upcoming Digital Economic Framework Agreement #DEFA. We highlighted how foundational DPI building blocks, like digital identity, verifiable credentials, and secure digital payments, can enhance government services, trade efficiency, and boost private sector development. These are stepping stones towards an interconnected, accessible, and efficient digital economy.

As a technology advisor, Newlogic believes in leveraging Digital Public Goods (#DPGs) and open-source technologies to develop strong Digital Public Infrastructure that will enable smoother transactions, enhance digital trust, and ensure that every stakeholder benefits from the digital transformation, and a more connected and inclusive social and economic landscape in ASEAN.

A big thank you to @USAID, @DAIGlobal, #DCCP, and @MangoTangoAsia for facilitating insightful discussions. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and driving forward the development of digital public infrastructure in the region.
