@MicrosoftHelps I’m trying to get help to complete migration of several Microsoft 365 accounts from GoDaddy to Microsoft tenant. It is impossible to reach anyone at Microsoft. I purchased Business Assist two weeks ago and I only receive canned emails. Can someone help?

@astutegraphics Is there a way to report issues to Tech Support? I clicked on Support and it seems like a link to FAQs. Illustrator 25.2 seems to crash quite easily with Astute Manager. I read that it’s supposed to be compatible.

@TwilioHelp I’ve been trying to get my port away request handled. Are these emailed requests being handled offshore? I get responses in the middle of the night but they keep saying I’m not the authorized “signer”. I submitted trouble ticket on this as well.
