multi patient major incidents require a triage system!, This allows more people to be seen, prioritised & treated, the @jesip999 guidance and other protocols help to improve patient care. Welldone to all those who responded, in difficult times! 👏

@will14wsj @SWANSLA @b_mansel @EdharryEd @NikkiWCHHS @TomHewesUK I agree. @SWANSLA introduced me to emotional intelligence, which allows me in practice to relieve stress, manage tasks, problem solve and to think empathetically. Leadership is a value all paramedics must have and understand as set out in The @The_HCPC standards of proficiency.
