@jtrebach After the scrub tech gowned me I used my bare hands to pull each sleeve back to expose my hands better…but from the outside of the gown. Was promptly sent back to re-scrub. 25 years later it’s much funnier to me than it was then.

@drrachelrubin - Hi. Have you had patients transitioning from female to male with GSM s/sxs? What do tell them and do you still Rx vaginal estrogen? Other options for them? Thx!
