@prashanthvaidya @TGSRTCHQ @tgsrtcmdoffice My friend, I boarded the bus at Khairatabad to go to Panjagutta. Conductor announced a free journey as on Ganesh immersion later demanded tickets. Despite stating our destination, he issued tickets for SR Nagar. Moreover He was unprofessional & disrespectful towards passengers.

The conductor is luring every passenger by saying that today is free for everyone because of Ganesh immersion at bus stops. However, he is collecting the wrong amount and giving tickets for long distances, even for different stops.
