Yesterday, we hosted the Women-to-Women in Trade Business Forum with the Mauritius delegation under the #SheTrades Rwanda-Mauritius Hub-to-Hub Mission 2026. The forum brought together members of Rwanda’s ICT ecosystem to explore opportunities for collaboration, partnership, and cross-border trade between Rwanda and Mauritius.
The delegation also visited @klabrw and @fablabrw Rwanda, where they gained insights into Rwanda’s growing innovation ecosystem, learning how startups and young innovators are supported through mentorship, incubation, and digital entrepreneurship, while also exploring how digital fabrication technologies help transform ideas into practical solutions and products.

A child's last hope.
We recall the words of 10-year-old David to his mother:
"Don't worry, #UNAMIR will save us."
His story, featured at @Kigali_Memorial, is a powerful reminder of the betrayal of Rwanda's trust in international protection.
Yes, the world knew it (1994 Genocide against the Tutsi) was coming, there were warnings, and did nothing!
David’s dream was to become a doctor! He enjoyed making people laugh but was tortured to death.

Celebrating women globally this #InternationalWomensDay
Today we honor the achievements, resilience, and leadership of women across the world who are breaking barriers, inspiring change, and shaping a better future for all. Every step forward big or small creates new possibilities for generations to come.
This day is also a reminder of the power of women uplifting and supporting one another. Because when women give, empower, and support each other, everyone gains.

When we give support, we all gain.
#INTER4SUSTAIN
Usually, for International Women's Day, we celebrate how far we’ve come. This year is different. This year, we are looking at what we have to lose.
We are calling on the UK Government to protect progress before it’s too late. Join us: https://t.co/mh8bEsJulN
