Mumbai’s wrong-side driving crackdown is getting serious. 🚦

IPS officer Satyanarayan Choudhary launched an aggressive drive against one of the city’s most dangerous traffic violations.

Nearly 800 offenders are caught every day, with 5,000+ motorists caught in one month and around 350 vehicles seized.

But enforcement is only half the solution. Traffic police have identified 95 accident-prone locations and are improving road layouts, signals and lighting.

Because a shortcut can cost more than a few minutes—it can cost a life.
