Here is a sign posted at the AFT building, which houses the @aaup's DC office, establishing this as the sole entrance for AAUP staff, making every other entrance to the building a "neutral gate." A neutral gate is a picket-busting tactic, as we assume @imulvey knows.

She's been a tremendous asset to the AAUP and to our team -- leading our negotiations with wit, intelligence, and professionalism. She also has two great cats, who we will also miss, because they make appearances on most of her Zoom calls. Happy trails and thank you again.
A Friday shout-out to our great and wonderful lead negotiator, Sarah Lanius. Today is her last day as a full-time employee at the AAUP -- it's a huge loss to us, personally and professionally, but we know she's on to great things. Thank you, Sarah! You're amazing.
We're continuing to highlight our members and the valuable work they do for the AAUP. Wil Davidson, our longest serving staffer, is the glue who holds our staff together, bringing incredible expertise, joy, and kindness to his work. Thank you for all you do! #UnionStrong
