Anyone following the Blake Lively / Justin Baldoni case needs to watch this interview. Could this theater actor castmate be any more legit, genuine, good sense of humor, heartfelt, and wise? My vibe checks continue to be 100% spot on about people: https://t.co/QlTxDVRytp
When the (now we know extremely misleading) statements against Adam came out I went to his Instagram. He literally looked like the nicest person and theater actor who loves family and strongly supports inclusion. I am always right about people, based on vibes off even just a couple pics. Or sometimes no pics and just how they write. Blake made him out to be some creepy frat bro. He was perfect as the OB - if they put some boss woman in the role (our OB was a boss lady strong doctor doing squats in the delivery room) - it would have foreshadowed her characters empowered choice - and an old man doctor would have been the opposite and contrasted too much . But he legit was the perfect fit, played his small part perfectly, and the birthing scene was extremely tasteful and realistic.
I think Jamie should have given Alex Saks a bigger leadership role, but I think a lot of the criticism of him was frankly racism.
3) We need to care for and protect healthcare workers taking care of patients on the boat and in all receiving countries, because they are likely to have close contact and be at risk for transmission as prior events have shown
Per docs released in the OAI/Musk case, the University of Michigan endowment invested $20 million in the first round of OpenAI.
Best direct investment from an endowment of all time?
I’m a married and went to Catholic school but somehow Facebook constantly shows me dating ads for later in life Jewish singles. I am rooting for Susan and Larry. Shalom.
@j_g_allen I was at the USZ (University Hospital Zurich) today, where the poor man who tested positive for Hanta virus is, and I measured indoor air quality. It was excellent because windows were open everywhere.
Important nuance related to the flight attendant hospitalized and being tested for hantavirus:
--> the sick individual was removed from the plane *before* the flight
--> I've been warning, for over a decade now, that airlines not running ventilation while at the gate means the boarding/disembarkation is highest risk
--> during airplane cruise you get 10-20 air changes per hour; very low risk for spread
--> I most recently wrote about this as a member of The Lancet Covid-19 Commission
--> to be clear, we don't know if the flight attendant tested positive; I'm just raising this issue about gate-based ventilation (again! 13 years and counting!)
No - the evidence shows Shivon was doing right by everyone, and that she was being practical and win-win solution oriented based on the situation at hand. And I’m 99% sure she never truly pushed to get any retroactive equity for her early role in OpenAI. Shivon is v legit. Who the heck are you Sonia?
Day 7 - Musk v. Altman OpenAI Lawsuit trial Shivon Zilis
Shivon Zilis Testimonial Death Trap.
Recall - Just one month after she officially joined the case in Nov 2024 - OpenAI struck back by leaking her 2017 emails. These messages aren't open to interpretation;
They are total scorched earth:
🌎Commitment to Profit: Zilis didn't just know about the pivot to a for-profit model; she congratulated Greg Brockman on the plan and offered to "help work it" for them.
🌎The Double Game: The logs show she actively urged Musk to resign from the board. This puts her in a legal dead-end: either she betrayed Musk back then, or she is lying under oath right now.
🚨Her chosen escape route? Manufacturing the appearance of a "relationship" with Musk.
Her performance at the January 2025 dinner in Washington, where she ditched her own table to blatantly sit on Musk’s lap, wasn't an act of affection. It was a calculated PR smoke screen.
The goal was to convince the court and the public to see her as a ✨personal extension of Musk✨, sheltered by his shadow, rather than as a corporate executive responsible for her own ✨fiduciary duties✨. She needed to look like they were in the same "sentimental boat" to force a negotiated exit or a dismissal that would keep her off the witness stand.
🚨In California, perjury under Penal Code §118 is a felony punishable by up to four years in state prison.
She is now facing a testimonial death trap:
OpenAI’s lawyers will incinerate her during cross-examination. If she admits she helped OpenAI in 2017, she admits her 2024 sworn complaint is a lie (Perjury). If she maintains she was "deceived," her own emails will brand her a proven liar in front of the jury.
Ultimately, her thirsty insistence on staying close to Musk is exactly what is destroying her.
Had she maintained her role as an elegant professional and a devoted co-parent, she would still be a respected figure today. Instead, by trying to play at corporate espionage and then lying to cover her tracks, she has been reduced to a toxic asset, one that Musk cannot fully defend, and OpenAI will never stop attacking.
@PiersUncensored@piersmorgan 75% likelihood if she got a virus it was from young kids or traveling husband, 24.9% it was from her 12+ member personal staff she’s face to face with. Yet her whole attitude and refusal to take a test shows her disregard for others health as she herself was around many people.
You can be an absolute monster in your work, and still be a decent human.
Abundance mindset. Generous when it matters.
...and not someone to mess with.
