اے عزیزو!! سوچ کر دیکھو ذرا
موت سے بچتا کوئی دیکھا بھلا

یہ تو رہنے کا نہیں پیارو مکاں
چل بسے سب انبیاء و راستاں

ہاں نہیں پاتا کوئی اس سے نجات
یونہی باتیں ہیں بنائیں واہیات

کیوں تمہیں انکار پر اصرار ہے
ہے یہ دین یا سیرت کفّار ہے

More than 50,000 Ahmadi Muslims pledged allegiance to the world's only global Caliphate, while millions more joined via a live broadcast.

The Caliph, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor, is the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and issued a message of peace at the Jalsa Salana event – the longest-running Islamic convention in Britain.

The World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, has told The Times newspaper that Jalsa Salana, the annual global convention of the community taking place in the UK this weekend, was “a living demonstration of Islam’s peaceful teachings in practice."

In this excerpt, Beloved Huzoor (aba) refers to the writings of the Promised Messiah (as) on the profound spiritual bond and deep love every believer should have for the family of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa) (the Ahl-e-Bait). His Holiness explains how the Promised Messiah (as) described a profound spiritual connection between his own mission and that of Hazrat Imam Hussain (ra), emphasising that true devotion to the Ahl-e-Bait is demonstrated through righteousness, steadfastness, and a spirit of sacrifice.

"The guidance imparted to us by Holy Prophet (sa) regarding marriage are the true principles. If you are a religious person, you should seek out a religious wife."

Concluding this account of the Holy Prophet’s (sa) generosity and benevolence, Beloved Huzoor (aba) said:

"There are countless incidents illustrating the Holy Prophet's (sa) generosity and benevolence. Through them, we also witness many other dimensions of his noble character. In any case, just as his teachings are perfectly balanced, every aspect of his conduct reflected that same balance.

May Allah the Almighty also enable us to reflect upon every aspect of the blessed life and character of the Holy Prophet (sa) and to act upon its guidance. May we strive to follow his noble example and mould our lives in accordance with the pleasure of Allah the Almighty."
