Today marks my last day at @paritytech after 3.5 incredible years. It’s hard to put into words what this @Polkadot journey has meant to me.

Working alongside some of the most talented, generous, and inspiring architects of our digital future has been a career highlight.

This chapter was filled with learning, laughter, and unforgettable moments. I’ve captured some of it in this short video 🎥 and also share a moving farewell poem from the team.

As I turn the page, I carry with me deep gratitude for the journey so far and a lot of excitement for what’s ahead.

With the approval of referendum 1536 the @Polkadot community voted to assign cores to Mythos chain as well as @xcavateofficial.

We want to thank the @Polkadot community for the support and ensuring availability of coretime for Mythos Chain.

We have decided to do a symbolic donation of 200 DOT to the Polkadot treasury. This is not supposed to be a valuation of a core, but a gesture and more than 200x more than what Mythos paid for the core bought in March.

Availability and scalability are major value drivers for Polkadot and the ecosystem - holding cores to try to create price pressure is only benefiting the resellers, not the ecosystem. Price should probably be determined by use. In any case coretime should always be available and scalable - that is what makes projects choose to build on Polkadot. With the passing of the referendum Polkadot solved the immediate availability issue.

He did it!🏆 🚴‍♂️🎿 A change to perfect conditions took me on a six hour journey from Switzerland to Italy, arriving with three minutes to spare, to witness my dear friend @joepetrowski make history! You may know him as a rockstar @Polkadot developer. You will start to know him as a world renowned athlete who Never Gives Up.
