So I see the same folks who were calling for a “super outbreak” of tornadoes like 4.27.11 yesterday across the Deep South are now calling for…. You guessed it… a “super outbreak” next Friday (March 14).

It never stops.

FYI there were no tornadoes in Alabama yesterday or last night.

Severe weather events are common here November through May. Every year. Sure, they should all be taken seriously.

But “super outbreaks” tend to happen about once every 40 years. Generational.

For those that experienced 4.27.11 and have PTSD, please don’t follow the accounts that are constantly spouting nonsense, using fear to gather social media engagement.

It totally undermines the checks and balances that make our democracy.
