If you assume that the goodness in your own heart exists in everyone else’s, you will be the one who ends up hurt the most. Not everyone carries the same intentions you do. Protect your peace, remain kind, but never let your own goodness make you blind to the nature of others.

Just as a cloudy mirror must be wiped with a clean cloth to reveal its brightness, so too must the heart first be cleansed of its spiritual impurities through repentance and seeking forgiveness before turning to Allah.
I think the purest form of love is just wanting someone to experience life with you. "taste this. look at that. listen to this song." over and over. until you can't imagine experiencing life without them.
