@MoekakiArt The goal posts are ever moving. Currently, it's possible for it to be effectively permanent with rolling flags If more than 3 out of 5 posts (within a 60 day period) are NSFW.
Seeing a lot of creators saying X permanently flags accounts that ever posted NSFW, so they'll never reach new people again, even if they switch to SFW.
We read what X actually published. Here's what's true and what isn't 🧵

@POIS0NL0VE X's published code says the NSFW label lasts 7 days, not forever, but it renews every time 3 of your last 5 posts are flagged. Net effect: strangers rarely see you, followers do. Your buyers are the audience that matters.
@BranditScan Good advice but also important: X's published code says the NSFW label lasts 7 days, not forever, but it renews every time 3 of your last 5 posts are flagged. Net effect: strangers rarely see you, followers do. Your buyers are the audience that matters.

The takeaway isn't "game the algorithm." It's that reach to strangers was never yours to begin with.
The people who've already paid you are the audience no algorithm can take. Know who they are, and make sure you can reach them.
What that means:
• Followers still see your posts • Non-followers mostly don't • A new account won't fix it if you post the same way, and multiple accounts can get you suspended
(Caveat: published code is a snapshot. X can change what runs at any time.)
The four we built Slip around:
1. Your traffic, from anywhere. You are not beholden to any one platform's algorithm.
2. 90% of every sale.
3. One link, anywhere you post it so customers land directly on your content and don't require an account.
4. Upload once, it sells and delivers 24/7.
We’d add a 5th: if this platform bans me tomorrow, what leaves with me? If the answer is “nothing,” the other four don’t matter.
4 questions I ask before building on any new platform:
1. Where will the traffic come from?
2. What do I actually keep?
3. Can my fans reach it from where they already pay me?
4. What will it cost me in hours?
The full breakdown is on Episode 206 of On The Whorizon.
We're looking for a small group of creators who regularly sell in DMs to take part in our pilot program at https://t.co/fQW8hgG6iA If you're interested our DMs are open.
