Thanks to volunteers from Backbone Adventures and Big Thompson 4x4 Club for supplying materials and replacing almost 300 feet of fencing in the Johnny Park area. The fencing helps to protect the surrounding forest from damage by clearly defining the access roads and parking area.

Reservations for the Red Feather Assistant Ranger Cabin, Stub Creek Cabin and Buckhorn Ranger Cabin go live Friday, March 14 on https://t.co/m7uHQlgTMN. Reservations begin in late May and are available through Sept. 28 with a 2 night minimum stay.

Crews worked on containment line with help from aircraft and a dozer. Resources plan to continue working on containment in the morning. #Deadhorsefire At 5 p.m. crews responded to another fire start northwest of Black Mountain. Air resources were sent and little heat remains.
