However, the poor have been uplifted - I do believe the data shows a decline in poverty / improvement in PCI.. it's the middle class getting squeezed

@drip_dividend InvITs aren't that simple though, as I'm sure you know. The lack of terminal value is one reason why I'm conflicted about advising this to retail investors. Even we can go wrong with these. PGInvIT and IRB are the other examples of poor returns
