Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning : You know the movie is great when the audience cheers in the end credits. I totally loved this movie. Easily amongst the best action movies. Liked the way story connects 1996 (First MI movie) to the present day story.

Let's rename JVLR as Kachreshari Vikhroli Stink Road. It's impossible to access the service road as @mybmc has stopped picking up the garbage. With the monsoons here, it's a potential health hazard. @SumitraDebRoy@MCGM_BMC

All that the passenger gets is a free apology. A free flight (or a commensurate refund dependent on how late the flight is) sounds much more fair than a free apology.
I have a lot of free time to type all this out, because of the flight delay.

AI614 AHD to MUM 17 Dec STD 0805 2hr delay ETD 1030hr. Notified at 0730 hr. If a passenger is late even by 5 mins, whatever the reason, they miss the flight, no argument. Shouldn't the passengers get a refund in such cases plus the free flight?

Here are two scenarios
1. Passenger pays for flight, gets to the airport 15mins late due to reasons beyond their control (traffic, medical emergency, etc). Flight takes off, passenger loses money. Fair enough.
