क्योंकि रणवीर रंधावा विधायक है तो प्रोटोकॉल के चलते कुछ शारीरिक नुकसान नहीं हुआ | लेकिन कश्मीरी पंडितों के साथ हुए नरसंहार की तो दुनिया को पता ही है |

Agra Police in Uttar Pradesh have busted a major conversion racket that operated through a Signal group, maintained Excel databases of people identified as potential targets and those already drawn into the network, and paid agents on commission basis

This one single network has pastors from Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

The modus operandi is familiar: the network formed a gang of paid agents - including women - who would identify ill or vulnerable Hindus and then lure them to ‘Changai Sabha’ or “prarthana sabha”

At the sabha, paid agents would give testimonies that merely praying to Jesus healed them of illnesses, debts, stresses

Participants would be told that giving up all symbols of Hinduism including deities was a necessary condition for the prayers to work

If anybody had any improvement in their life for whatever reason, they would be told that if they reverted to praying to their earlier deities, “buri aatma”/satan will strike again and this time harder than ever

This propaganda would be repeated till they had considerable numbers to show of people who had “accepted Christ as saviour” and funds sought from evangelical groups abroad

In this case, the racket used the facade of birthday parties of children to hold Changai Sabhas - a pattern increasingly visible in states with anti-forced conversion laws like Chhattisgarh

Agra police have booked several people associated with this network under anti-forced conversion and common conspiracy laws

Police say they are looking into funding sources as well

I urge @agrapolice to also probe them under Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, and for converts, if from any SC caste, to be booked for fraud for violation of Para 3 of Constitution SC Order 1950

Now, there has to be mass awareness about these rackets and mandatory police reporting of any such Sabha in one’s vicinity

We are working on both counts to completely dismantle these evil rackets
