Open Heaven 22 June 2026 – Lord Over Time
MEMORISE: Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: – John 11:25 (KJV)
The Almighty God is truly powerful. He is Lord over all, and He is so powerful that He can bring the future into the present.
In today’s Bible reading, Jesus, His mother, and His disciples attended a wedding. In the course of the celebration, His mother learnt that the hosts had run out of wine and she informed Jesus who responded by saying, “My time has not yet come.” Notwithstanding, Jesus instructed the servants at the wedding to fill six waterpots with water and then draw out some of it for the governor of the ceremony. As they did so, the water miraculously turned into wine. Jesus simply reached into the future and changed the time from ‘not yet’ to ‘now’. I pray that if there is anything you are trusting God for that seems to have been delayed, it will come into manifestation now, in Jesus’ name.
In John 11:1-17, Lazarus died and had been buried for four days before Jesus arrived on the scene. Naturally, his case was a hopeless one because a four-day-old corpse would have started decomposing already. However, when Jesus arrived at Lazarus’ home, He told Martha, his sister, that her brother would rise again. If Jesus had arrived on the day Lazarus died, Martha might have had a glimmer of hope that Jesus could raise her brother from the dead. However, he had been dead for four days, and she said, “Lord, by this time he stinketh…” (John 11:39). Even though Jesus had not yet died and resurrected, He reached into the future to become the Resurrection and the Life for Lazarus’ sake (John 11:25). He took on an identity that was reserved for after his death and resurrection and called Lazarus out of the grave.
Beloved, we serve a God who is not bound by time. He created time itself and is Lord over it. This is why you should not despair when it seems like you have lost some opportunities, or when you are in a terrible situation that seems to be beyond redemption. When you are faced with such circumstances, all God requires you to do is have faith in Him, and as Jesus said in John 11:40, “…if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God…” I pray today that if there is any situation in your life that has been judged to be dead and stinking, such a situation will experience the Resurrection and the Life, in Jesus’ name.

“To every INEC REC, every Returning Officer watching this: when it is your turn to stand, will you be another Nnenna Oti? Will people speak highly of you like Dr. Mutiu Agboke Or will it be business as usual?”
"This is the third day I am coming here to make PVC registration and no network"

🚨🎙️ STEVEN GERRARD ON ANDONI IRAOLA’S APPOINTMENT AS LIVERPOOL MANAGER:
“This is a top, top appointment. Andoni Iraola – proper football man. He’s grafted his way up, Cyprus, lower leagues in Spain, Mirandes, Rayo Vallecano, and then he goes to Bournemouth, a team fighting relegation, loses players, and still gets them into Europe.
That’s not by accident, that’s hard work and real coaching.
The lads are saying straight away – Monday to Sunday, demanding sessions, no days off. High press, aggressive, hybrid, quick transitions, he doesn’t want to see backward passes, he wants it forward, vertical, on the front foot.
That’s the intensity Liverpool fans love, that’s the Klopp spirit but with something fresh.
Richard Hughes has backed him twice now – that tells you everything. He knows what he’s bringing to Anfield.
Liverpool, this is one for the mentality. This lad will make us fight, make us run, make us believe again. I’m buzzing for it. Deserved. Let’s go.”
“Dear Nigerians, aren’t we tired? Tired of adjusting to everything that should have been fixed?
We have adjusted too much we don’t even recognize discomfort anymore!…”
- Northern lady quizzes Nigerians
Nigeria must rise for the first time and firmly resist anyone seeking to oppress her. A revolution driven by the masses is the most dangerous kind of revolution.
— Pastor David Ibiyeomie, urging Nigerians never to sell their conscience for money.
