I got tired of calorie/protein tracking apps with 47 features I never use.
So, being a gym bro and a nerd I built TrackProgress, a minimalist weight, meal, and protein tracker that does ONE thing well.
No BS. No food databases. No social features. Just simple tracking. 🎯 🔗 https://t.co/zUbP0SI0yC

I dropped around 20 kgs.
The protein change that mattered most after 40 wasn't eating more. It was spreading it out.
Here's the thing nobody tells you: your body can't stockpile protein like it stores fat. Load it all into dinner and most of it doesn't go toward muscle.
Muscle. Bones. Recovery. Hormones. All of it runs better when protein shows up steadily through the day.
I was on OMAD(One Meal a Day) for couple of months. While it worked, spreading protein throughout the day helped with hunger and overall cravings.
30g a meal, 3-4 times. That's it.
I stopped chasing clever. Simple won.
Happy Mahashivratri!

Fuck paused squats.
Feels like lungs and quads are competing to explode first.
Why am I even doing this? You question at the bottom position.
Then you get up, brace and do it again. Then another set. 5 sets of 12 humble you.
You lie down on the floor waiting to breathe normally.
And then you do it again next week.
I love paused squats.
@adamc0dez For a start, ask it to provide 2 daily digests every morning. One for top x news and other for all LinkedIn happenings in your network. You can also ask it to consolidate and send a single digest.
@johnnybrahvo@anshnanda Don't buy mac mini if you just want to learn and explore. Any old laptop will do. If you don't have a laptop, get a Raspberry Pi 4.
I was not sure how much I was paying per month in SaaS bills. Most people don't until they check.
Hence I built Renewal Radar (aka SubSync): one dashboard, all your subscriptions, alerts before they renew.
Stop bleeding money quietly. Free forever. https://t.co/79iQjg7EGp
PSA: Stay away from Clawdbot/Molt/Openclaw if you are non-technical. It is not ready for non tech folks yet.
All the hype aside, I am not overstating if I say you don't understand the risks. Prompt injection is a real thing.
If you have to, ask some technically proficient person who knows what they are doing.
Speed without understanding is how things break: quietly and expensively, your digital life in this case.
With all the clawdbot/moltbot hype going on and everyone trying it, you need it to be secure. This is the first thing you must do, specially if you are non technical.
