@Selfridges Received the worst customer service from any shop last week. Spent a lot of money with you for my wife’s birthday and didn’t receive my item on time. I called 3 times and got no follow up on where my item was. I’ve had better customer service from McDonald’s.

@jardinitis I have ordered some items over a month ago and not received anything. Upon ordering it said the items were in stock. I would like a refund please. I have messaged you twice now but not received a response. I will speak to my bank to get a refund if you don’t respond.

@MeekoSamantha @jardinitis Thanks! Your bank will sort it no doubt. These guys are simply not coping well at the moment but as long as you’ve given them two weeks after your expected delivery date, your bank will refund you. It would help if they simply responded to requests for updates!

@fordie @jardinitis I contacted my credit card company just now, they said I had to wait two weeks after the expected delivery date. My expected delivery date was the 5th May. If they still haven’t delivered by then, then they will refund me and follow up with Jardinitis directly.

@Pret please could you not offer paper bags proactively in store, people are just taking them without considering if they genuinely need it! Refuse, reduce, recycle on all that! ;)
