@jimmydean197 @jgpuck99 @m3_melody The Servicers will have no choice. Currently I am receiving 11% returned mail. One mailing I received 14%. Meaning the homeowner has vacated the home. Ever heard of zombie foreclosures? Told by 1 homeowner, I left and rented before my credit was ruined.

@Braddragon1812 @kevinvdahlgren Every life is of value & yes many parents (not all) are abusive & one reason teens run away. I worked at a rescue mission. I never met a parent that doesn’t care. You might think that but most care. They admit they messed up & need help too. Someone misses & loves her.
