The issue of Parliamentary Assurance is judicially settled and explained in the press note.https://t.co/asoGQAGoH3
The existing employees are fully protected and their service conditions cannot be altered to their disadvantage.
The pensioners are fully protected as a dedicated fund set aside for this purpose.
Strategic Restructuring is well timed to enable a bank that has just become self-sustaining to reach new heights.
Government and LIC retain residual shareholding to enable smooth transition and gain from the upsides.

@PSBPunch Officals are the ones we trust, not the handles like you, who operate without any credibility.

@saveidbibank64 Dear @saveidbibank64
Ravish ji himself worked all his life tirelessly for private news chanel, earned millions and now giving gyan against privatisation is nothing but absolute hypocrisy.
The time is ripe for India to continuously strive for bold reforms to reach Viksit Bharat.

@PSBPunch @SecyDIPAM Any standard bidding process never reveals the names of bidders.

Pls get your facts correct.

[Samosa_Coffee @kheloind]

@idesibanda @idesibanda You again missed the point.

The aim is to build large Indian global banks that can compete with global giants, and not to prioritise government ownership over global competitiveness.

Privatisation does not shut down an enterprise; it recapitalises and professionalises it. Gross profit per employee at privatised CPSEs rose nearly nine-fold, from ₹2.84 lakh to ₹25.43 lakh. Attached. #IDBIPrivatisation

Why sell a bank that just posted a record ₹9,513 cr profit? Because that is exactly when it attracts buyers. GoI and LIC get ₹52,879 cr now and keep 34% for future upside. Arvind Panagariya on Privatisation 2.0: https://t.co/Iiio9JEQEX

A thoughtful article by Dr Arvind Panagariya, one of the visionary economic thought leaders of our country. Government must not be in business, Privatization 2.0 is the need of the hour! @EconomicTimes https://t.co/Iiio9JEQEX

@truthputhn When it suits you, you use X (formerly Twitter), a privately owned platform, to spread your false narrative. Yet you oppose private-sector wealth creation. This hypocrisy is glaring, and you stand exposed.
