@SeatGeek has terrible customer service Have been trying for 2 weeks to get help with tickets that have been “fulfilled”. No one has any answers, they all say they will get back in touch with us, of course no one ever does. Why do your agents lie to customers to end convo?

When we started to share our experience with other guests in the lobby she changed her mind and refunded the $. @PalaceResorts needs to find out if she’s treating other guests the same way, I’m sure she is. The rest of the staff was so courteous but this woman ruined the trip.
Wanted to let everyone know about sub standard service @PalaceResorts Cancun. We had a very hot room, called maintenance 3 times with no luck. It’s 90 degrees and unreal humidity. But the real issue was a “manager” named Nubia, no last name, or not one that she’ll tell you.
manager Nubia, told that we didn’t call the right extension, we should have come down to complain etc. then she had the nerve to tell us that she wouldntt refund the cost of room upgrade that their staff sold us on arrival.
UPDATE: @SouthwestAir Hotels is basically a scam. They’ll just pass the buck to their “partners” at @bookingcom. Good luck actually having a place to stay if you trust these people with your money.
Don’t book hotels with @SouthwestAir ! I booked a resort in Cancun for the end of the month & 8 different southwest agents have told me they can’t find my reservation, even though it shows as confirmed on THEIR website! Book with @Expedia or anyone else!
