@just_snabbit you guys are running a scam worth being highlighted. One selects a service -> get prompted to pick subscription of 3 visits at lesser cost -> buy it -> then Snabbit cancels the service booking -> doesn’t show any slots for days -> refuses to refund to pack money
@just_snabbit is the most horrible service app ever made in the history of Indian service industry. Absolutely unreliable, nobody bothers, staff is untrained & theyll harass you until you let go of your money and uninstall.
@RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia train number 12015 was suppose to depart at 6:10 from New Delhi, got rescheduled to 7:45. It’s 9:06 currently and there is no update on when it will depart. Your systems still say it’ll depart at 7:45. Horrible this is. Are we living in 18th century
@airindia@airindia yes I’ve read it and I’ll still say, it’s illegal. If you find someone unfit for the emergency exit seats for which you’ve charged them. You’re legally liable to refund the amount.

@DGCAIndia this is to inform you that @airindia is running a fraud in broad daylight. Charges money for emergency exit seats, declares the passenger non-suited for those seats, puts them to regular seats & then doesnt refund the money. Pls suggest a way to file an off complaint.
@airindia you guys continue to shock in a new way everytime. I open webcheckin, select emergency seats, pay for them & finish. To only later figure that I have regular seats allocated. When called, your people say “we can’t do anything”. This is ILLEGAL & FRAUD in broad daylight

@IndiGo6E called customer care but they’re helplessly stating “meals aren’t available”. What kind of world are we living where a chicken sandwich is available to select but not a veg or paneer or any other. Also discontinuing low sugar coffee but continuing to giv low sugar tea!

Discussed at Multiple counters and with multiple people of air india. Naming a few below who were absolutely clueless and eventually told me to go fight the airport authorities for not scanning your boarding card.
