Mistakes I realized after 3 months and launching 3 apps 🧠

I’ve launched several apps over the past few months.
Some worked better, some didn’t.

But the most important part:
I clearly see the mistakes now 👇

3️⃣ Overcrowded niche

Some markets already have:
thousands of apps
big teams
real marketing budgets

Entering without a radical differentiation is almost pointless.

👉 “I’ll make it slightly better” doesn’t work.

It started as my own problem.
I hear a track and want to know its genre.
There are so many genres now.

Turns out, my friends want the same.

Genre AI records a playing track
and tells you the genre.
