@IndiGo6E ,my bag was mistakenly taken by another person at Gwalior Airport. I understand a bag swap can happen.What I don’t understand is why getting it back required 2–3 hrs. of pushing your team to take basic action. The handling was more frustrating than the incident itself.

@AxisBankSupport Team, as mentioned in DM as well, I got a revert from Axis Bank that some CITI Bank card has been migrated to AXIS bank, which is not true. Post 26th July, the team has not been reverting on emails except 'will revert in 3 working days'. @AxisBankSupport
