The behavior of the Andhra Pradesh police is utterly brutal. It's heartbreaking to see doctors sitting on the roads, peacefully demanding their rights.
Despite completing their internships, the APMC registrar is still refusing to issue permanent registration, even after the NMC has served a notice to APMC.
Now, police personnel are forcibly removing these doctor for demanding what is rightfully theirs.
Such a shameful act.

🚨 उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से तत्काल मांग: FMGs का स्टाइपेंड बढ़ाकर अन्य राज्यों के बराबर करें! 🩺

विदेशी मेडिकल ग्रेजुएट्स (FMGs) उत्तर प्रदेश में दिन-रात मरीजों की सेवा करते हैं, लेकिन उनका स्टाइपेंड मात्र ₹12,000/माह है, जो देश में सबसे कम है।

अन्य राज्यों की तुलना: दिल्ली (₹17,900–₹30,000), असम (₹30,000), तमिलनाडु (₹25,750), ओडिशा (₹20,000), AIIMS (₹30,000)। यह असमानता FMGs के साथ अन्याय है!

मजबूत तर्क:
1️⃣ अथक सेवा: FMGs 24x7 मरीजों की जान बचाते हैं, फिर भी उनका स्टाइपेंड भारतीय मेडिकल ग्रेजुएट्स से कम है।

2️⃣ आर्थिक संकट: ₹12,000/माह में जीवनयापन असंभव; FMGs को औसतन ₹17,500/माह खर्च करना पड़ता है।

3️⃣ सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश: 2024 में कोर्ट ने FMGs को समान स्टाइपेंड का अधिकार दिया, लेकिन UP में लागू नहीं हुआ।

4️⃣ अन्य राज्यों से पिछड़ापन: तमिलनाडु, दिल्ली, असम जैसे राज्य FMGs को दोगुना स्टाइपेंड देते हैं।

5️⃣ स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की रीढ़: FMGs यूपी के स्वास्थ्य तंत्र को मजबूत करते हैं; उचित स्टाइपेंड उनकी प्रेरणा बढ़ाएगा।

@UPGovt से अनुरोध: FMGs का स्टाइपेंड तुरंत ₹25,000–₹30,000/माह करें, जैसा अन्य राज्यों में है।

इसे यथाशीघ्र लागू करें! 💪
