一类是负面的 pua, 这个在成长早期比较多。就是别人打压说你这个不行，你很 sb, 很土，浑身上下都是劣根性，等等。打压完之后就说，只有按照我的做法才行，逼格更高，等等。

另一类是正面的 pua, 说各种奉承话，鼓励你去膨胀，诱导你去冒不该冒的风险，典型的是公元 382年慕容垂鼓励苻坚去伐东晋的那段慷慨陈词。当下的一个典型例子，就是一些投机者常爱喊的“永远满仓，永远热泪盈眶”之类的幼稚口号。

不管是正面的还是反面的 pua， 都是在诱导你无条件接受外人构建的虚假叙事，奉献出更多自己的资源，承担更多根本不应该承担的风险和义务。阅历和经验少的人，很容易落入各种 pua 的圈套。

增加对 pua 的免疫力没有捷径，只能依靠各类经验的长期积累，对大量“从奴隶到将军”和“从将军到奴隶”的历史案例的反复研究，以培养丰富的情绪记忆和敏锐的直觉。
