@martinmignot Wanted to use the stock trading part of @RevolutApp. They needed up to date tax info so I had to update my current address from UK to France first.
Can’t do it due to brexit: Revolut support told me to completely close my account, and then open a new one with a French address.
@Jakeashacks@otherlovers @midwestnoc0ast @StephanyoMemes @RexityTV @altstoreio@FortniteGame No but it requires accepting the Xcode license, this is the first thing asked of you on your first launch of Xcode. And you can’t even use the command line tools until you accept it.
@Jakeashacks@otherlovers @midwestnoc0ast @StephanyoMemes @RexityTV @altstoreio@FortniteGame There is a big difference between what they can revoke « physically » (ie remotely block you from using Xcode, they can’t) and what they can revoke « legally » through the agreement you accept. For a private individual it doesn’t matter, but for companies it is another story.
@Jakeashacks@otherlovers @midwestnoc0ast @StephanyoMemes @RexityTV @altstoreio@FortniteGame Apple developer agreement that you accept for using Xcode, generating a developer certificate,... states that Apple can revoke your right to use the tools at any time if they want. Which is exactly what they do to Epic. I’m not saying it’s good, but they say it is their business.
@otherlovers @midwestnoc0ast @Jakeashacks @StephanyoMemes @RexityTV @altstoreio@FortniteGame If an ipa built later than the 28 august date is found somewhere, Apple will have even more ground in the lawsuit since they will easily demonstrate that Epic does anything to circumvent the platform rules or the law.
@_ChrisHarris@heidi_helen@parrots You adapt the guidelines to fit your branding when you know the user will be using your brand/platform on multiple clients and you need to be consistent. For Slopes, I don’t think there will be many user using both platforms. In this case, platform specific UI/UX is better.
@warpling@an0 @_eliperkins UIButton doesn’t even respect dynamic type properly when an image is involved.
There is a few cases where the text will either be cropped, either the label will clip out of the UIButton boundary
@designatednerd Am I the only one who genuinely like to continue receiving this alert ?
If any app moves from 6 times in the last 3 days to 60 times in the last 3 days, I want to be aware.
