@hallmum5 Totally agree for Nurses, midwives and health visitors. We used to say nurses were trained and health visitors educated. I did my HV and went on to become a midwife (early 1980s) and could clearly see the difference-then.

That is very unsafe and it’s no surprise so much need goes unrecognised until it is harder to address. This also increases demand for GPs and A&E services. Such poor public health.
