BASKETBALL PLAYERS SHOULD TRAIN HARD
Team of 30 athletes. 45 minute lift
3-4 sets of every main movement. How?
5 groups. 7 min per station
- Single arm DB Bench
- Trap Bar Deadlift
- Chin-up/Face Pull
- Slide-board side Lunge/Grip Hold
- Split Stance RDL
Finish w/ team farmer’s walks. 5 rep sets across the board

For pre competition training scenarios I like to increase specificity, minimize stress and build confidence. Experience has shown multi directional 1 leg hops and landings fulfill all three criteria. Feel good, ‘hit list’ managed just so typically leads to circa PR jump data
