📉 HM3 vs HW: menos eventos isquémicos (2,9 vs 15,3/100 pacientes-año; P<0,001) y menos sangrados (11,8 vs 18/100 pacientes-año); la reducción es más marcada en isquemia.
⚖️ En HM3, el sangrado sigue predominando; trade-off menos equilibrado que en HW (hemorragia − isquemia: 8,9 vs 2,7/100 pacientes-año; P<0,001).
💊 Implicación terapéutica: revisar la intensidad antitrombótica en HM3; ARIES-HM3 respalda AVK sin AAS (no inferior y con menos hemorragias).
🧩 Relevancia clínica: sangrado e isquemia se asocian a ↑ mortalidad; individualizar tratamiento priorizando minimizar el sangrado en bombas de nueva generación.
