Prosecutors in the #ysltrial should be ashamed of themselves for arguing to the Court, the jury and the general public for more than a year that all six co-Defendants were dangerous gang members —just to work out deals with some of them mid- trial after they f-Ed it up.

There is no way else to explain how a person can get out (probation) if they give the state what it wants (a conviction) but they are too “dangerous” for a bond when the state gets nothing out of a bond (and the person is more able to fight the case while on bond). Just another injustice throughout our system of “justice” that is only interested in closing cases with convictions to show stats during an election.
