A 16 Year old female dog was caught using a wire noose today by an @MCD_Delhi employee in front of her caregiver's eyes.

Anyone who knows even a little bit about dogs knows what it means to be a dog and 16 years old (112 in human years). She's a senior citizen who has survived this long on the streets of Delhi.

I don't know if one needs to be a dog lover or an animal lover to condemn this.

1. We want to know who has given these orders

2. We want to know where the dogs have been taken (feeders and caregivers are unable to trace their dogs)

3. We want to ensure that they're well taken care of and have enough food until the Summit is over

4. We want to ensure there's minimal relocation when they're released, and that 100% of the dogs are released

5. We want to know why the Animal Birth Control Rules are not being followed by the @MCD_Delhi
