I am Dr. Parimohan Varshney, a numismatics hobbyist.
Two newly minted 2025 coins (Harry Potter series, Tracking ID: EI008739150NL) have been wrongly classified as “Antique” by ASI and held since 25.03.2025 without any notice or opportunity to respond.
Additionally, another shipment of 12 coins (Tracking ID: CA947744981NL) is held by Customs since 02.01.2026 without intimation.
These are modern collectible coins (value <$217), legally purchased.
Kindly clarify the procedure and release the consignments.
Regards,
Dr. Parimohan Varshney
@SamsungIndia No call, no email, no update from Samsung under case 1202471984 for 2 working days after their public assurance.
8 failed repairs, fridge completely dead, and no response.
Proceeding with NCH filing.

@SamsungIndia This is a shocking experience. My refrigerator (RS72R50112C/TL) has undergone 8 service visits, major part replacements, conflicting diagnoses — yet it STILL doesn’t work.
@SamsungIndia It has now been 4 days without any callback from Samsung escalation team under case 1202471984.
After 8 failed repairs and now total cooling failure, the issue remains unresolved.
Requesting lawful resolution today.

@SamsungIndia Received another call offering a 9th inspection/repair or a 28% coupon.
Both already rejected.
After 8 failed repairs, I am only accepting a replacement under case 1202471984.
Still waiting for Samsung’s escalation team to respond.
@SamsungIndia “3 days and still no callback from Samsung’s escalation team.
My refrigerator is now not cooling at all after 8 failed repairs.
Requesting a lawful resolution under active case 1202471984 as per Consumer Protection Act.”
@Richa__arya Thank you for the suggestion. I’m keeping all options open, including escalating to the National Consumer Helpline if a lawful resolution is not provided soon. I have all evidence ready.
For 2 months, I’ve faced repeated failures, broken commitments, observation-period failures, and constant follow-ups. Each visit confirmed the defect persists.
