@NammaBESCOM 1900hrs? What is this maintenence work which requires 9hrs of outage in one single day ? I can't believe in this modern age you still need 9plus hours to do a maintenance work. Cant the work be split across multiple days instead of taking out of power for almost half a day.

@SamsungIndia we have 2 pairs of buds 3 pro and in both of them the active noise cancelation is not working. Moving the ANC slider in the settings to min or max has no affect. We can clearly hear everyone around speaking with the buds on . This was not the case earlier.

no response from customer support team.
