TVK and @TVKVijayHQ have built their entire campaign on: DMK is corrupt (Theeya Sakthi), and we are pure (Thooya Sakthi).

When you market yourself as the "pure" alternative, you trap yourself in a corner. Now, I believe they are under massive pressure to prove both sides of that coin.

Think of it like a new restaurant opening up and claiming, "Our competitors serve poison, and only our kitchen is 100% PURE."

To prove the first part, you have to actively expose the competitors, which means TVK has to relentlessly go after former DMK Ministers and actually secure a few legal convictions.

To prove the second part, your own kitchen cannot have a single speck of dust, meaning TVK cannot allow even a whisper of a corruption scandal within their own ranks.

Pulling off both of these perfectly is an incredibly tall order for a brand-new political party.

With so many stakeholders and wheels and parts that operate in a government, the two tall orders are incredibly complex to pull off. Whether this is good for democracy, only time will tell. I think a good 6 months to even a year will help the State and all stakeholders understand what actually got done by this Government on the ground.

This tweet maybe unpopular but THIS is what I truly feel, and THIS is what I feel the DMK stands for.

The CMs words against our Honourable Leader - a man with 50 years of hardcore public life, the man who rebuilt #TamilNadu after a draconian 10-year ADMK rule - are outright disgusting and he must remember he occupies a high chair today before uttering such words. What he has said is demeaning the chair and the hard work of the Most respected leader in TN politics. The name @mkstalin strikes a chord with millions across TN due to his sheer hard work.

However, I strongly feel that everyone should refrain from ***using the images*** of the estranged family of @CMOTamilnadu.

The sweet little kids and the family on the whole are already going through a lot having to go through a separation of parents etc, so let them not be put through anything more,

Yes I know the tvk today does not understand “Nagareega Arasiyal” and Yes they are stooping low everyday BUT WE must stay true to our ideologies, beliefs and respect the privacy of families. They have no part in politics and deserve privacy.
