@OptimumHelp at what time tonight do you plan on restoring our service here in old Bridge New Jersey? And why is it that you feel that you don’t have to communicate with your clients to let them know of service outages especially planned maintenance?

Oh, I can assure you there’s an outage because all my neighbors are out and they have been six times in the last five days. No communication, no notice, nothing. It’s not acceptable. I will take this to an executive complaint at the corporate office. If this doesn’t get resolved.

@OptimumHelp this is the 5th day in a row that my fiber went out. All between 2-4 PM. And again tonight, now. 6 times in 5 days. Unacceptable.
What are we doing to do to fix this and how am I going to be compensated? Please have someone reach out to me ASAP.
