If #VFS made their procedure better, consumers won't need to call their helpline. Make the #VFS helpline free and insist #VFS to document the procedures well. Choose ease and convenience of thousands of #NRI and reputation of @CGISF, #India over #VFS profits. Do the right thing.

#VFS charging by min to answer questions over their helpline. As service provider, free helpline is minimum courtesy. The pay-by-min model is in conflict-of-interest. It tarnishes the reputation of Indian consulate and its administration.
If #VFS is making money by running their helpline, what incentive they have to make their services and procedures clear and transparent? And if their procedures to seek a service is not clear, doesn't it damage the @CGISFO and hence India's reputation?
