The #RTGS bcame a farce. Whatevr rubbish is made in response to the grievance, it will close n gives Congratulations, saying Grievance resolved. One can't see what the reply got on their grievance. The user login goes a toss within minutes. It became a hell to the ppl @naralokesh

@apsrtc collapsed in arranging buses to Hyd from Kurnool to tackle & encash an unprecedented rush at KNL Bus stand last night. @TGSRTCHQ buses were the only saviour to the ppl though most of it were diverted to Medaram Jatara. It's understood only TG is taking a full fleet.@@ncbn

Unprecedented rush to reach HYD from Kurnool to attend offices on 27/1 aftr 3days holidays. But the APSRTC/KNL is in deep sleep not with no care of ppl to arrange extra buses. Pity, Kurnool is HQ for RM &DM but failed to act . Ppl are waiting from 9pm to 2am but no buses.@apsrtc

Dear @naralokesh with due respect, why #RTGS is restricted to use only once in a day to record grievances, why the drop down complaints were removed, xpt only complaints on staff, why the list of complaints were removed, why the use of time restricted to few minutes &so on @ncbn

It was observed that one ST HoD in Telangana has virtually harassed the fellow SCs who performed better than others. #STs
