I will never trust tmobile again. They sold me a plan for 3 lines and send me 3 SIM cards. When I activated the third line, they said I have to pay extra for the third line which is not what I was signed up for. After 6+ hours of chat with different folks 1/3

I think it is even better to pay more and move to different network than someone who can trick/lie to you to get to their network. All they say is, 1. I was not part of the sign up process. 2. The plane is not eligible for the third line. Qn: If it is not eligible why did you 2/3

@TMobile I ported two numbers over to t-mobile with the info from the customer care that the third line is complementry. After making a move, I was told I have to pay extra for the 3rd line. Have to struggle a lot with many hours of calls to activate my eSIM/SIMs as well.

If I was told this earlier, I would have not even moved to your network. Your rep now says either move to different plan with additional cost for the 3rd line or move to diff network if you don't like. For your mistakes why do you make the customer suffer. Why false promises? 2/3
