عندما يخرج الشباب للشارع و يتحدون السلطة بهدف التغيير لابد للسلطة أن تدرك ان هناك وعي جديد بدأ يتبلور وسط الشباب و لن يرجعوا إلا إذا تحققت أهدافهم. لكن تجاهلهم و الرفض لسماع صوتهم سوف يفقد السلطة فرصة الحوار و لن يقبل هؤلاء بعد ذلك غير تحقيق شروطهم كاملة. كما يحدث الآن في الجزائر
