In response, the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has crafted National Guidelines on Workplace Mental Wellness. These guidelines aim to empower organizations to foster mental well-being, prevent mental illnesses, and offer vital support to employees facing these challenges.
