Building Vendozo — AI SEO + analytics for eCommerce sellers
My goal? Beat Cursor's record of fastest growing startup ever ($100M ARR in 14 months) 🎯
Most people will call this crazy
I call it a target 😄
Building entirely in public from Day 1

@citedgeo That's exactly why Vendozo doesn't just update the front-end text. It writes the core backend metadata—rewriting the meta descriptions, SEO slugs, SEO titles, and keywords. this is just the MVP, tighter integration with product feeds and schema data is definitely on the roadmap!
I'm building Vendozo around a simple idea:
SEO shouldn't become another job for WooCommerce store owners.
Generating product SEO is one thing. Keeping hundreds of product pages up to date is another.
That's the problem I want to solve.

Ecom owners, this five-question test will tell you whether your ads are doing your targeting for you.
Answer yes or no. Every yes is worth 20%.
1. Are you running broad, or close to it?
Meta now watches who stops on your ad and goes looking for more people like them. Stacking interests on top of that mostly gets in its way, so if your ad sets still read like a list of hobbies, that's a no.
2. Can someone tell who the ad is for in the first frame?
The first second should make the right person think "that's me." If the opening could belong to any brand in your category, the algorithm has nothing to go on and neither does the customer.
3. Is each creative built around one person with one problem?
Generic ads get buried on broad, because Meta can't find your customer if the ad never describes one. One person, one problem, one mood per creative gives it a clear signal to chase.
4. When an ad wins, do you remake it with a different person in it?
Keep the script that worked and swap the person on screen. Meta then goes hunting for a whole new group of people like them, without you starting from scratch.
5. Does the same person plan your creative and your targeting?
If one person builds audiences while someone else briefs the ads, you're still running the old playbook. The creative is the targeting now, so they need to be planned together.
Your score:
100%: Your creative is doing the targeting for you.
60 to 80%: You're close, so fix your no's in the next batch.
40% or less: You're paying Meta to guess who your ads are for.
Drop your score in the replies.
@isotankGG That's the reason bulk generation is not available on Vendozo now. I am looking to automate the entire SEO pipeline first, then bulk generations. As you said bulk generation is a heavy work, I'll need capital and a team to do that. Which will be bought by some initial sales.
@eddytnts It runs a web research in your niche, and looks at your products, if the market data has changed, like some new keywords has emerged. And your current seo is outdated, it will update it or if needed completely rewrite it.
This ensures your seo is always up to the market.
@mathiasvrb It writes the seo for all the products in shop, or you can choose some. An automated market research agent runs at 00.00 IST it researches the market in your stores niche and gets the best keywords. Then replaces or updates the old outdated seo, or writes for new products.
Honest question for WooCommerce store owners:
After optimizing your product pages, do you actually revisit them regularly?
Or does SEO usually get attention only when something goes wrong?
I'm curious how stores handle this in practice.

WooCommerce store owners: when was the last time you updated the SEO on your existing product pages?
Not new products. The ones already in your store.
Do you review them regularly, or mostly leave them alone after publishing?

I'm building SEO automation for WooCommerce stores. What's the most tedious part of managing product SEO: research, writing, updating pages, or something else?
#seo#buildinpiblic#woocommerce
WooCommerce store owners: how do you handle SEO when you have 100+ products?
Do you update product pages manually, use an SEO plugin, hire someone, or mostly leave them alone?
I'm curious what actually works for store owners.

@mathiasvrb Yeah that's the whole reason to add it. Now the seo travells through the seo agent before hitting your live store, so broken, incomplete, or bad seo never gets published on your store.
If the seo is flagged by my agent it is rewritten entirely.
Ok added some new updates so people won't leave my website the second they update their seo.
This includes, a research agent, a security agent, and an agent which updates your seo weekly keeping it always up to date.
