@FASTag_NETC I was finally able to connect with a customer support person from icici after 4 days today and their response was that the above numbers are third party numbers and i should reach out on another number. How are customers supposed to know that? @ICICIBank_Care support sucks.

Don't ever take ICICI fastag.

I recharged my wallet and no where does it show that my fastag is hotlisted.

But when i go to a toll gate they say my fastag is hotlisted. I try to reach the customer support numbers listed on icici fastag website for 2 hours & cant reach anyone

@FASTag_NETC This is the support page for icici fastag. Both the numbers DO NOT connect you with a agent nor give a resolution automatically. I spent 2 hours on the road trying to reach a customer care person.

@CRED_support Your response is for me to “check with my bank”. The reason i use cred is to not deal with the experience banks offer. I do not want to waste my time for a mistake you guys did, if anyone should speak to bank its you guys. @kunalb11 : this is bad experience.

@CRED_club didn't expect this big a bug in the refund flow.

I paid my credit card bill and it failed after 2 days, you messaged me saying the amount is refunded to the source account but it got refunded to some other account of mine that i linked to cred a year ago for testng.

@CRED_support @CRED_club This is not yet solved, i paid from one account you refunded it to another which i don’t have access to anymore. I have been repeating the same thing across multiple calls but no resolution.

Also i could not find a way to reach an actual support agent after spending 20 minutes on the app. Too big to be customer focused i guess!!

I do not have access to that bank account anymore and have to visit the bank to get access, which i want to avoid for my mental sanity. Please resolve this at the earliest.

I have been trying to find a tweet i read a few days ago with no luck.

Twitter should add a feature that lets you search your view history. Something like @RewindAI but twitter native.

@paraschopra If you support AMP messages in chat that would be the best of both worlds.

Usually chat is limited in ways i can interact with it, ability to add small web based elements would drastically improve the UX.

WhatsApp adding support would be next level for businesses.
