I reported Fraudulent transaction of Rs 8.6 Lacs on my HDFC Infinia credit card on 14th Dec. Bank’s customer care was informed on phone and email within 5-6 hours. Even after repeated emails, it’s been 30 days, there is no response or resolution from the bank. @HDFC_Bank @RBI
