My mother-in-law, Smt S Bhanumati-62yrs, has been a loyal @BankofIndia_IN @DFS_india customer at Power House Br, Bhilai for over 20 yrs. Around 5 months ago, a BOI Banking & Fin Servces Fund MF was enrolled with her consent. Later, we found serious errors in application: (1)

For the last 2 weeks, she has been visiting the branch repeatedly for correction, but every tym she is sent back becoz the staff membr who procesed the MF is absent. Why should a senior citizen be made to suffer? (2)
