I had booked a flight from PNQ to DEL, SG937 on 30 Aug. It was delayed by more than 7.5 hrs and eventually cancelled. Didn’t even receive an official confirmation. Support also doesn’t respond…

I regret doing this- Taking a personal issue over X bcz company is literally dead!
1. I dont get any msg for my cancelled flight even 2 weeks later
2. Customer support number and email both unresponsive
3. Asking me to submit my PNR in DM for cover up

@flyspicejet Was this just a social media cover up reply is SpiceJet actually going to look at my issue? Its been more than “3 working days” since I’ve sent my PNR in DMs. Also its been more than “10 working days” since my flight got cancelled. Still no official confirmation!?

Most funny thing - their 24x7 support number isn’t responding on a Monday morning. Not sure if the entire email team is on a paid vacation. No replies for 7+ days.
